Can I exchange my product?
Yes, exchange is available only for damaged or wrongly delivered products. We do not offer exchanges for products that have been used or for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color preference.
How long will delivery take?
* India: Delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
* International: Delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch.
* Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Is a refund available?
We do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement.
